Detailed Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, “account” means the personal player profile registered with vn2phim. “Platform” or “services” means the vn2phim website and the casino, live casino, sports betting, live football, slot, lottery and arcade functions made available through it. “Player”, “you” and “your” mean the person using the platform. “We”, “our” and “us” refer to vn2phim. “Funds” include cash deposits, withdrawable winnings and any separately identified promotional balance.

A “wager” is a stake accepted and recorded by vn2phim on an eligible event or game. A “promotion” includes a bonus, rebate, free credit, cashback, tournament award or other incentive subject to separate conditions. Where promotion-specific rules conflict with these general terms, the more specific rules apply to that promotion only.

2. Account Eligibility

You may register only if you are at least 21 years old, have full legal capacity, and are not prohibited from gambling by the laws applicable to you. You must access vn2phim for personal entertainment and not on behalf of another person, syndicate, business or undisclosed third party. Employees, contractors and persons connected with game integrity functions may be restricted from participating where a conflict exists.

Only one vn2phim account is permitted per person unless written approval is provided in advance. Duplicate, shared, transferred or purchased accounts may be suspended. Balances linked to fraud, identity misuse, unlawful conduct or deliberate circumvention of controls may be withheld while vn2phim conducts a reasonable investigation.

Malaysian users in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and elsewhere must independently understand the laws that apply to online gambling in their location. Access to the website does not mean that participation is legal in every jurisdiction.

3. Registration and Account Security

You must provide complete, current and truthful information when creating an account. This may include your legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact details and preferred MYR payment information. You must update vn2phim if relevant details change. False or materially incomplete information may delay withdrawals or lead to account restriction.

You are responsible for protecting your username, password, authentication codes and registered devices. Do not disclose account credentials to friends, family members or support contacts. Activity completed after correct credentials are entered may be treated as authorised unless vn2phim had prior notice of a security concern. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact customer support through the platform immediately and change your password.

4. Identity and Payment Verification

vn2phim may perform Know Your Customer, age, source-of-funds, anti-fraud and payment ownership checks before or after accepting a deposit and before approving a withdrawal. You may be asked for a valid MyKad or passport, a recent proof of address, a selfie, a payment record, or another document reasonably required to verify your identity and transaction history.

Documents must be genuine, readable and submitted through a secure vn2phim channel. Review times depend on document quality and the complexity of the checks. An account may be temporarily restricted while verification is pending. Refusal to provide reasonably requested information may result in rejected transactions, account closure or reporting where required under the international compliance framework applicable to the platform.

5. Deposits, Balances and Withdrawals

Deposits must come from a payment method that you are authorised to use and, where required, that matches the name registered on your vn2phim account. Supported channels may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, eligible cards, BTC and USDT. Availability, transaction limits, processing periods and conversion arrangements may vary.

Unless otherwise displayed, Malaysian player balances are shown in MYR. You should review the amount, currency and payment details before confirming any transaction. Bank, card, blockchain or eWallet providers may apply their own fees or processing conditions independently of vn2phim.

Withdrawals are subject to sufficient withdrawable balance, completed verification, payment ownership checks, open-wager settlement and applicable bonus conditions. vn2phim may return funds through the original deposit route where practical. Processing estimates are not guarantees because banks, payment gateways, public holidays and additional security reviews may cause delays. A transaction may be cancelled or reversed where required to correct an obvious error, duplicate payment, chargeback or proven fraudulent activity.

6. Gameplay, Sports Betting and Settlements

A wager is valid only after it is accepted and recorded by vn2phim. An attempted bet that does not receive confirmation is not binding. Players should check the bet slip, stake, selection and potential return before confirmation. This applies to casino games and sports markets including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, live football and mix parlay selections.

Sports wagers are settled using the official result and the market rules displayed when the bet is placed. Post-event disciplinary changes generally do not alter a settled result unless the specific market rules state otherwise. Events that are postponed, abandoned, rescheduled or materially altered may be voided or carried forward according to the applicable sport and market rules.

Game malfunctions, interrupted connections and obvious pricing or display errors do not create a right to an unintended payout. Where vn2phim can verify a technical error, the affected wager may be voided and the original stake returned. Decisions must be based on transaction records, game logs and official data, with reasonable consideration given to the player's evidence.

7. Bonuses, Cashback and Promotional Credit

Every promotion is governed by its published eligibility period, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, game contribution rate, maximum bonus bet, expiry date and withdrawal limit. Players should read those rules before opting in. A rollover of 10× means the specified qualifying amount must be wagered ten times before related winnings become withdrawable.

Bonus funds may be sticky, meaning the bonus itself cannot be withdrawn, or non-sticky, meaning it may become withdrawable after all conditions are met. Slots may contribute differently from baccarat, blackjack, live casino or sports bets. Placing coordinated, low-risk or opposing wagers primarily to extract promotional value may be treated as bonus abuse.

vn2phim may exclude a player from a promotion, remove unearned promotional credit or withhold promotion-derived winnings where there is reliable evidence of duplicate accounts, collusion, manipulated gameplay or a material breach of the published bonus rules. Legitimate cash deposits that are unrelated to the breach will be handled in accordance with verification and legal requirements.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Players must not use vn2phim to commit fraud, launder money, finance unlawful activity, manipulate a game, exploit a defect, interfere with software, use stolen payment instruments, impersonate another person, collude with other players or abuse promotions. Automated betting tools, scraping systems and unauthorised software that provide an unfair advantage are prohibited.

Chargebacks must not be used to avoid a legitimate gambling loss. Threatening, discriminatory or abusive behaviour towards dealers, support staff or other users is also prohibited. vn2phim may suspend access, preserve records and investigate where credible evidence indicates a breach. Any enforcement decision should be proportionate to the conduct and may be reviewed through the complaints process.

9. Responsible Gambling and Account Closure

vn2phim provides gambling services for entertainment by adults aged 21 and above. Players should choose an affordable budget, avoid borrowing to gamble, take regular breaks and never chase losses. Deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion may be available through account controls or customer support.

A self-exclusion request takes effect for the selected or confirmed period and may prevent access to the account and promotional communications. A player must not create another account to bypass exclusion. Withdrawable funds remaining after verification and settlement of valid obligations will be returned through an approved payment method.

10. Intellectual Property, Availability and Liability

The vn2phim name, interface, original text, graphics and platform arrangement are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Copying, republishing, reverse engineering or commercially exploiting protected material without authorisation is prohibited.

vn2phim aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, telecommunications faults, cyber incidents, provider outages or events outside reasonable control may interrupt service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, vn2phim is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from such interruption, a player's device, third-party network failure or unlawful use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a clause is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

11. Amendments, Complaints and Contact

vn2phim may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal, security, operational, payment or product changes. Material revisions will take effect from the date displayed on this page or from a later date stated in an account notice. Continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance of the revised agreement. If you disagree, you should stop playing and request account closure.

Questions or complaints should first be raised with vn2phim customer support through the 24/7 live chat available on the platform or by using the plain-text email address shown in the footer. Include your account identifier, relevant transaction date and a concise description, but never disclose your password. vn2phim will review available account records and provide a response after a reasonable investigation.

These terms are interpreted under the international offshore legal and licensing framework applicable to the platform, subject always to mandatory rights that may apply to a player. Malaysian users remain responsible for understanding local legal requirements before participation.
